Lonnie founded LR Hines Consulting in 1996 to offer his broad experience and knowledge of document management, records management and computer business systems to the marketplace. He studied Computer Science at Sacramento State University while in the Air Force. After six years in the USAF, Mr. Hines’ interest in energy conservation and alternative energy technologies led him to start an energy conservation company based in Grass Valley, CA.
Mr. Hines experience includes Director of Information Services for a large private corporation, growing gross revenue from $35 Million to over $100 Million, using a variety of custom office automation software and implementing new business systems either developed or implemented by Mr. Hines. He has provided Information Technology management services and ongoing systems administration and support for Government clients.
Lonnie is also a dynamic public speaker, available for engagements to talk about how technology can truly deliver the promise of doing more with less. His extensive experience provides a rich resource of topics from successful projects that have revolutionized how his clients do business more efficiently and allowed them to continue to meet and exceed required service levels with reduced staffing levels and extreme budget cuts. Formerly LR Hines Consulting is now known as Hines EDM, Inc.
Mrs. Hines has over twenty years of administrative project management experience. Her background includes construction contract and project management, accounting & payroll and graphics arts design. She currently is in charge of Administration including HR, Accounting and Payroll for Hines EDM, Inc.
Max oversees the Hines EDM Scanning Division. Currently he manages all aspects of our scanning operations from general Administration and responding to Customer inquiries and RFP’s to training our scanning technicians and supporting all our scanning hardware to ensure Hines EDM, Inc. maintains the highest level of quality for our customers.
Nathan Fry – Lead Operations Engineer
With over a decade in IT/MIS, Nathan has a genuine passion for all things tech. He founded a consultancy in 2005, providing solutions for both businesses and home users. A recognized Android contributor and technical writer, he publishes how-to’s and documentation on a variety of topics.
Nathan’s responsibilities at Hines EDM include installation support, hardware/software troubleshooting and infrastructure management. He is highly regarded by our clients for his commitment to outstanding customer service.
Grace has over 10 years in proposal management to federal, state and local government agencies. This includes Request for Proposals (RFPs) and Request for Qualifications (RFQs) analysis, technical specification review with the team, win strategy with sales & marketing, draft, review, document management, and final production including corporate marketing materials, graphics and electronic media. She is an expert at collaborative outcomes with the customer, technicians, sales, marketing, finance and other stakeholders. Grace is currently managing proposal development for Hines EDM, Inc.
Rachel has a decade and a half of experience in marketing and design. Her previous work for a San Francisco based eLearning agency included web development, producing static and animated interactive graphics for Fortune 500 companies like Intuit, McDonald’s, and Aspect. Rachel also mastered the customer service intranet for Cadence Design Systems, Inc., and continues to consult serving both local and international clients. She is currently responsible for Hines EDM, Inc. in house marketing and social media.
